Who runs Listo?
Listo Restoration is run day to day in San Antonio by Alex, with Elijah Burr as co-owner.
Elijah is the third generation of his family in carpet cleaning and restoration. Both of his grandfathers started carpet cleaning companies in the early 1970s, and he grew up in the trade. Since 2011 he has run a carpet cleaning and restoration company in Knoxville, Tennessee. Listo brings that way of working to San Antonio.
How do we work?
- We measure, we don't guess. Moisture readings tell us where the water went and when the job is truly dry, including under floors and behind walls.
- We explain before we remove. If something can't be saved, we show you why before it comes out.
- We dry for San Antonio. The air is muggy for much of the year, so we dry with the house closed up and check the readings every visit.
- We post our cleaning prices. Carpet, upholstery and tile prices are on our pricing page. Restoration starts with a free inspection and an itemized estimate.
- We document everything. We provide moisture readings, photos and a detailed estimate for your claim.
- We speak English and Spanish. Hablamos español.
What we handle
Water damage restoration from burst pipes, freeze breaks, slab leaks, roof leaks and appliances; flood and storm cleanup; fire and smoke cleanup; and cleaning: carpet, upholstery, area rugs, drapes cleaned on site, tile and grout and pet stains and odor. We cover San Antonio, Bexar County and nearby counties.
